We need to join in the celebration of victories. When a salesmen lands a big account, give them a call of congratulations. Everybody wins with new business.

If another suggests a new product idea, or improved work process, don't be a stumbling block, celebrate the better idea and jump on board.

Inquire how the account was landed, or how the better idea was conceived. Then learn to apply the same principles to your work.
